Movement is critical to releasing tension in the body. Yoga is a form of movement that opens the door to the wisdom of your inner being, your source energy, while facilitating connection to yourself and others. Meditation and yoga can lead to moments of profound revelation or an ecstatic experience. My yoga teacher would say, “Coming to a state of profound revelation isn’t a guarantee, but is more like an accident….and practicing yoga and meditation makes you accident-prone.”
