Myofascial Release

I primarily use John Barnes method of Myofascial Release, which is a gentle yet powerful technique that releases deeply held restrictions in the tissues of the body, including brain and body systems. Sessions are best done in shorts and a tank top, as hands are placed on the skin without oil.

Clients may experience an unwinding sensation while on the table, and these sessions often include a bit of movement initiated by the client. For instance, gently moving the head side to side to release tension.
